Join us on Thursday, November 6, 4:30 - 7:00pm at the City Club of San Francisco for this year's Terner Fall Colloquium: Housing Policy in a Time of Federal Change: How State and Local Governments are Responding.

In the last year, we've seen substantial policy changes at the federal level related to housing. Federal tax policy changes are poised to spur significant construction of new affordable homes, while cuts to federal benefits programs will compound affordability challenges. At the same time, one of the most far-reaching housing policy bills in recent memory recently passed out of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee with strong bipartisan support.

State and local governments are now weighing how to respond to these enormous shifts at the federal level.

Join Terner Labs and UC Berkeley's Terner Center for Housing Innovation for a reception and discussion on how state and local governments can use this moment to scale emerging and innovative local solutions. Register to join us here.
