Senior Research Engineer of Building Energy Efficiency at The National Lab of the Rockies
Shanti Pless is a senior commercial building energy researcher at NLR. His research focuses on the broad adoption of energy design and operational practices through applied research, innovative demonstrations, startup technical guidance, academic engagements, high-impact publications, and informed industry outreach. His research projects include integrating energy efficient and affordable building design strategies into the emerging off-site and affordable housing construction industry. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of Colorado, teaching classes on sustainable construction and real estate.
