Susie Criscimagna

Susie Criscimagna is Vice President of Real Estate Development at Eden Housing. Since joining the organization in 2013, she has managed and overseen affordable housing developments for families, seniors, people with disabilities, homeless, and veterans. As Vice President, she guides a team in implementing all aspects of affordable housing development, including entitlements and environmental approvals, securing public and private financing, and overseeing design, construction, and lease-up of projects including new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, and joint ventures with other developers. She holds a bachelor’s from Dartmouth College and a master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard University, with a focus on real estate development and finance.
