Santiago Ossa

Building Innovation Consultant

Santiago supports Terner Lab’s work in construction innovation and investment in AEC startups. He serves as a co-lead of Building Innovation programming for the Housing Venture Lab and as a subject matter expert for JOIST Fund. He brings technical expertise in industrialized construction and a global perspective on innovation management.

Previously, Santiago worked in the venture-building space, forging public-private coalitions to support startups and accelerate offsite construction innovation. An experienced program manager and former environmental consultant, he has led projects across the Western US.
Santiago holds an MS in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University, and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University. He loves mountain biking, playing with dogs, and trail running.
