Nora Jendoubi

Director, Arrow Impact

Nora Jendoubi is the Director at Arrow Impact, a private foundation that supports initiatives that create pathways to economic prosperity and well-being for communities that have been under-resourced in the US. Prior to Arrow Impact, Nora co-led Maslow Development Inc., a non-profit real estate development company that focuses on building holistic community ecosystems anchored by high-quality schools in overlooked communities. Before her time at Maslow, she served as a Coro Northern California Fellow in Public Affairs and was a Teach for America corps member, teaching 7th-grade math in one of San Francisco’s largest public middle schools. Nora studied International Relations and Economics at Stanford University. She also has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, having focused on the intersection between community development and social entrepreneurship. In her free time, Nora loves training for triathlons, hosting game nights, and reading a good book with a cup of black coffee.
