Martha Campbell
Chief Program Officer, Michigan Saves
Martha Campbell is the Chief Program Officer at Michigan Saves, Michigan's state green bank. In her role, she oversees a portfolio of residential and commercial lending programs, partnering with third party lenders to provide capital for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and health and safety improvements in business and homes across the state. Prior to joining Michigan Saves, Martha has served in a variety of energy and climate related roles including serving as a senior climate policy advisor to the Whitmer administration. Martha also spent over a decade at RMI where she cofounded the Advanced Building Construction Collaborative. The Collaborative’s mission is to scale advanced building construction technologies and processes to reduce construction costs while accelerating the decarbonization of the US construction sector. Prior to RMI, Martha’s professional experience has ranged from community organizing, to green building, to equities trading at Goldman Sachs. Martha holds a dual MBA/MS from the University of Michigan and a BA from Stanford University.
