Lois Kim

Lois Kim is an Assistant Project Manager at Mutual Housing California (MHC), a Northern California–based nonprofit affordable housing developer. She supports the development of multifamily, zero net energy affordable housing projects and leads efforts to advance MHC’s factory-built housing pipeline. Previously, Lois served as a Senior Project Analyst at the California Strategic Growth Council, where she developed the Factory-Built Housing Pre-Development Pilot Program and led initiatives at the intersection of climate resilience and community development. Lois holds a bachelor’s in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis.
