Ishita Rustagi

Ishita (she/her) is a full-time Master of Business Administration student at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she focuses on the intersection of economic mobility and climate action and grounds her work in the belief that housing is a key social driver of both.

Prior to attending Haas, Ishita spent five years at UC Berkeley’s Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership, where she partnered with academia and global tech companies to develop strategies and tools that mitigate algorithmic bias, expand digital inclusion, and guide equitable product development. She is excited to bring her background in responsible innovation and cross-sector collaboration to her role as a GSF with the Housing Venture Lab.
