Eli Inkelas

Eli is a first year Master of City Planning student in UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design. He is studying housing and transportation policy, and is interested in how policy decisions in these two fields interact with one another. He is excited to contribute to Terner Labs' mission to expand equitable access to housing, and to learn more deeply about the role of entrepreneurship in the housing sector. Eli graduated from Carleton College in 2020, and prior to UC Berkeley, worked as a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston's New England Public Policy Center.
