Bob Bender

Bob was President/COO of The Commodore Corporation, which was the largest privately-owned modular and manufactured home company in North America until their acquisition in 2021. The Commodore Corporation, known commonly as Commodore, had 6 factories, approximately 1200 employees and $400M in revenue when he left in 2022. Prior to his 20 years on offsite housing, Bob worked in engineering, marketing, strategic and executive positions for a large public company as well as 2 startup companies.
