Investments and Strategic Initiatives Manager

Amaya Bravo-France is the Investments and Strategic Initiatives Manager at Terner Labs. Before joining Terner, Amaya was a Senior Program Officer on the Housing Affordability team at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), where she developed program strategy and managed a portfolio of grants and investments. Prior to CZI, she led research on community development efforts in Mexico and consulted with local government agencies on housing, energy, and transit strategies. Her background spans impact investing, housing finance and innovation, and community development strategy, with experience partnering with capital allocators, developers, startups, and nonprofits to drive systems-level change. She is passionate about supporting the organizations and ecosystems working to transform how we build, finance, and sustain communities. Amaya holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University and a BS in Environmental Science and Smart Cities from UNC-Chapel Hill.
